We are expanding our presence in the Riyadh region and are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive the adoption of our products in this dynamic market.
Job Overview:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales efforts for Omni Vibe Technologies in the Riyadh region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS sales, proven leadership abilities, and fluency in Arabic. A valid Saudi Arabian driving license is required.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the Riyadh region.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales consultants, ensuring they meet their individual and team objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Present and promote our SaaS solutions to potential clients in Arabic, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Represent Omni Vibe Technologies at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities in the Riyadh region.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management role, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluent in Arabic, with strong communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
- Deep understanding of SaaS products and their applications in various industries.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Saudi Arabian driving license is required.
